National NCD Training App 3.5.2.6

The NCD-GoI ANM application enables health workers to conduct population enumeration at the community level, evaluate risks for the registered population, and screen individuals for five Non-Communicable Diseases: Hypertension, Diabetes, Oral, Breast, and Cervical cancers. Following the screening process, individuals will receive referrals to higher healthcare facilities for extended treatment and disease management. Moreover, the application facilitates health workers in monitoring treatment compliance among individuals and assessing self and sub-center performance against set objectives.
